• Up to $125,000.00 per year (Flat Rate Based on Experience)

Automotive Technician/Mechanic:

• Precisely communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Maintain store cleanliness to Performance Automotive Network’s standard
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools to Performance Automotive Network standards
• Complete any other assigned tasks delegated by Store Management
• Willing to work at a steady pace, we are a very high-volume service department.
• Positions available for multiple skill levels with Toyota Factory Training at no cost.
• Must have a positive attitude and rise to challenging situations.
• Maintain the core Performance Automotive values of: Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency

• Capable of performing lubrications, oil changes, maintenance, tire services and inspections
• Completion of an Automotive Technology course is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Ability to service multiple makes and models, Toyota experience plus.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Willing to work at a steady pace, we are a very high-volume service department.
• Must have a positive attitude and rise to challenging situations.
• Technician must provide their own tools; Toyota specialty tools are provided
• Possess a valid driver's license w/good driving record
• Pre employment drug screen is required
